JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Complete electrical assembly as per engineerings specifications and standards;
  • Proceed with the installation of the manufactured equipments control and distribution panels electrical components;
  • Proceed with interconnections between motor sensors and control panels;
  • Detect and communicate corrections to the engineering team;
  • Weld electrical components when required;
  • Actively participate to the equipment star-up and calibration using measuring tools;
  • Participate to weekly production meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or professional diploma in automated systems electro-mechanic or college certification in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial systems;
  • 2-3 years experience in assembly of industrial machinery electrical components and wiring;
  • Mastering measuring tools such as a multimeter;
  • Able to read and interpret electrical plans;
  • Knowledge of industrial programmable controllers such as Bradley and Siemens;
  • Experience in welding electrical components, an asset
  • French as a working language, English an asset.
