Apple's fast-growing global Apple Music business seeks a creatively-minded Editorial & Content Operations Producer to join its global Content Strategy and Production team.
The successful applicant will be one who has experience in the fast paced world of radio and digital content. They thrive in identifying opportunities for content and how it launches and is promoted, both on and off our Apple Music platform.
The applicant will be a natural communicator and content consumer, with an eye for detail and a passion for identifying newsworthy and/or engaging opportunities.
Key Qualifications
The Editorial & Content Operations Producer will build briefs and launch plans too support our key Radio show launches across Apple Music
Work cross-functionally to support show launches
Manage assets both inbound and outbound to support shows both at a show and episode level
This role will operate as the PR liaison for all Radio highlights and ear to ground for unplanned work, as it happens
In this role, you are responsible for daily Radio highlight communications for both PR and the wider Apple Music business
Work closely with the Programming team to build the prioritization of Radio content for Editorial featuring across Radio tab and Browse
Support to Editorial Content Operations in video planning week over week
Be the expert in content that Apple Music Radio is creating and broadcasting
The successful candidate will bring with them experience in co-ordinating and Production across a media platform and have a rich and deep understanding of the content creation space
The person in this role must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to bring ideas and plans together; being able to reconcile different creative points of view as well as ensuring that each stakeholder is invested
The position requires a self-motivated individual; extraordinarily driven, highly adaptable with outstanding communication and organizational skills, who is also able to work under pressure
Education & Experience
University degree preferable. MBA or Post-Graduate is a plus.
