The Land Warfare & Missile Defense (LW&AD) team is seeking a motivated finance professional to join the Romania Patriot program as the Earned Value Manager. The primary responsibilities for this Manager I Cost Schedule & Control position will be to maintain and manage all aspects of earned value reporting and practice for the program. This will include supporting the program in all aspects of earned value, tools and practices, ongoing leadership to ensure continued compliance with Raytheon policies and procedures, management of reportable EV requirements, including monthly IPMR and periodic CSDR CDRLs, and leadership in program EACs. This position has responsibility for management of two program EVMS analyst in support of these goals. Qualified candidate may telecommute at management discretion.
The successful candidate will leverage prior experience in order to lead the EVMS processes and team for the program. Position responsibilities include supporting budgeting/baselining new or changing work scope, reviewing monthly variance analysis and budget change request for compliance and accuracy, supporting external deliverables (CDRLs), analysis and reporting of program performance and other ad hoc request. Mentoring the program EV personnel through the navigation of compliant EVMS execution will be a key to success.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting and guiding the program through the EAC process in order to support development of reasonable, supportable and compliant EACs aligned to Raytheon policies and procedures. This will including preparing and hosting a quarterly kick-off for key stakeholders, coordination of inputs and review due dates and preparing EDIT+ and review packages.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Required Skills & Experience:
6 years of experience in a Finance, business or related role
Practical experience in applications of EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and Cost/Schedule integration
Experience with SAP EV, PMX Tools or similar tools/applications
Microsoft Office Suite including Advanced Excel skills
Highly Desired Skills & Education:
Thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance
EVMS Certification
