Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create detailed physical and electrical designs, bills of materials, and job estimates under the technical supervision of an engineer.
Prepare CAD or Microstation drawings and other project documentation.
Complete assigned work within agreed upon schedule and budget to a high level of quality.
Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
Understand. Create. Simplify.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Current student pursing a degree in CAD, Drafting, or relevant discipline near Plymouth, MI

Ability to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer
Demonstrated competence in CADD drafting (AutoCAD and/or Microstation)
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience filing documentation
