Job Description

External Manufacturing Production EMP team is chartered with high volume manufacturing of Intel products with our 3rd party Foundry and OSAT suppliers.

EMP seeks a dynamic Director of Yield Management for, but not limited to:

  • Lead a strategic team, in the Yield Management and Enhancement domain, focused on developing and automating centralized methodology, tool, and solution including: state-of-the-art data analysis infrastructure, FA support, quality support, set up and automate methods for yield and quality enhancement. Repository for learnings. Define standard in YM.

  • Support operations team with deep data analysis and identify yield, PPAC improvement opportunities, at different stages of technology maturities.

  • YM team will support DFT de-bug, fault isolation, diagnostics, eFA , pFA, and modeling e.g. leveraging Machine Learning)

  • Develop and grow talent needed for yield analysis including FE, BE correlation, commonality and parametric analysis.

  • Develop collaborative relationship with key operations and technology partners to build enhanced data systems.

  • Experience working in multi geo and multi time zones.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Or PHD Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in external Foundry, OSAT and possess hands-on technical skills from yield and PPA enhancement with Foundry and OSAT partners.

  • Candidate is expected to have experience building teams, managing budget and resource allocation.
