Job Summary:
The KSA, UAE, and Bahrain (KUB) Product Area has a position for an experienced Program Manager able to accept a high degree of responsibility in a rapidly growing and complex international business environment. This is a senior leadership position located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This individual should possess significant knowledge of Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracting, and have an in-depth understanding of the ITAR. The candidate will focus primarily on providing leadership and accountability to the in-country leadership team in executing the sustainment requirements of the program.

This individual will assist in the development and management of a broad, multi-functional team consisting of program management, business professionals, multiple functional teams comprised of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management. This individual will apply disciplined program management tools and processes to maintain excellence in execution. This position will be of a highly complex nature. The candidate will report directly to the KUB Product Area Director and is matrixed to the Chief Executive of Raytheon Emirates Ltd. This individual will regularly interact with senior Raytheon leadership on sustainment status and End-User Interface by managing and nurturing the business relationship, managing expectations vs. scope of contract, proactively addressing emerging needs, identifying solutions, and ensure compliance with FCPA. This position will require influence across all functions and the program team and the ability to travel and deploy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This position is an accompanied assignment.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing LW&AD sustainment and training initiatives in three Middle East countries: KSA, UAE, and Bahrain
  • You will also be able to discuss integrated master plan for the relationship of these programs with the customer and field questions and actions from the customer and communicate resolving issues.
  • You will also be able to collaborate with PMs for these programs across the portfolio to understand their challenges and solutions and facilitate a cadence to drive synergy across the programs in order to identify and resolve cross program issues.
  • You will be responsible for developing, growing, and managing the LW&AD portfolio in these three Middle East countries, collaborating with US based KUB program teams to manage the overall profit & loss for the business area.


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree in a related Field
  • Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience including program management, training and sustainment
  • Direct experience in overseeing the sustainment and maintenance of complex weapons systems or equivalent
  • Experience with export and import controls, compliance, and licensing
  • Experience with FMS and DCS contracts
  • Currently hold or the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
