The Director for Program Gladius will lead product initiatives to drive Intel's disciplined execution and innovation by establishing a sustainable, efficient, dependable product development model that delivers consistent, industry-leading results. Under the leadership of the director, the program will provide the required framework to help utilize our resources and time efficiently and methodically. As a result, we will deliver industry-leading products with unquestionable quality. In addition, the director will oversee sub-teams that focus on process simplification and strict adherence to roadmap discipline, aligning roadmap and budget in lockstep, and establishing clear decision-making - all of which map to accountability and transparent, traceable chains of execution.

Responsibilities include:
Build a strong alliance with critical stakeholders. Communicate and influence peers and senior management effectively
Maintain and update detailed schedules with a thorough understanding of dependency management, key milestones, including critical path analysis
Own implementation and enforcement of quality metrics, technical indicators and dashboards
Capable of driving clarity with domain experts to establish quality metrics and requirements
Provide an independent assessment of initiative health and early indicators when work is not on track
Facilitate Execution meetings and reviews with ELT and ELT-1/2 level senior leaders
Drive consistency in program management tasks across the organizations
Proactively identify program issues and risks
Lead the resolution of issues and drive the mitigation of risks


Minimum Master degree with 15+ years of experience in platform product development, program management and/or operations
� 10+ years direct experience in applying a Product Life Cycle application to product development
� 10+ years experience building sustainable processes and coordinating review meetings to ratify product milestone completion
� Solid communications and collaboration skills, especially at the executive management level
� Proven track record of effective stakeholder management
� Breadth of knowledge on Intel products spanning planning through manufacturing
