The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Directorate and matrixed to the Digital Transformation (DTx) as Digital Ecosystem Orchestrated Service (DEOS) Project Lead. This position will provide team leadership among the cross-functional DTx organization, mission area leadership, and across product teams.

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the transformation team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day service execution to deploy DEOS and drive a digital culture across the mission areas; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices. To achieve these digital transformation results, this individual will work closely with senior leaders and decision makers while executing against an implementation and adoption roadmap to leverage live dashboards and metrics to influence portfolio-level decisions in Mission Area.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Refinement and deployment of an orchestrated service model across multiple parts of Engineering, Digital Technologies and Global Security Services to accelerate a digital engineering ecosystem suite of capabilities into closed areas.
  • Develops strategic partnerships with internal functional organizations as well as Program Area Directorates (PADs).
  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers
  • Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements through influential leadership and change management thought processes.
  • Establishes standards and an executable program roadmap using the approved business model and management tools.
  • Supports the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  • Execute daily program management and cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program reviews such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and staffing, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Capturing and tracking program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Strategic day to day execution to enable pulse deployment and manage organizational change.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams.
  • Candidate must have ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Candidate must have ability to obtain special program access

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 10 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
  • Experience using financial analysis tools and experience with project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or Aerospace and Defense environment
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet project deadlines and expectations
  • Bachelors degree

Qualifications We Value:
  • Experience at defining and deploying an orchestrated service across multiple business domains.
  • Experience working in a closed program area
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Gate 4 and Gate 5 (IPDS) packages for Management Review and approval
  • Program Management certification, Level 6/5 or equivalent or ability to achieve within 6 months.
  • Equivalent experience as a CAM
  • Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
  • Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication
  • Demonstrated experience with contracts management
  • Product lifecycle management experience
  • Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
  • Prior experience and application of Defense Acquisition processes

Clearance Information:
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
