Job Description

As a Digital Design Engineer you will join the Programmable Solution Group (PSG) and become part of the VLSI design team to develop digital IPs used in Intel's family of wireless communications SoC. In this role, you will be responsible for the front end design of several hardware accelerators as part of the PHY processing of the LTE and 5G wireless protocol stack. You will be responsible for Micro Architect, Develop Specification and Perform detailed logic design at the block level. You will perform block level verification and collaborate with Verification team to validate the design. You will support the DFT implementation and timing closure.


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
 

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of total experience including experience with micro architecture, RTL coding for high performance, low power design

Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of total experience including experience with micro architect, RTL coding for high performance, low power design

Experience with DMA, AMBA and IOSF bus protocol is a plus
