The Partner Growth Marketing Manager will manage our growth marketing program for the App Store. You will work with developers, commercial partners and internal teams to identify growth opportunities for the App Store and developers. You'll collaborate with product, program leads, developers and partners to establish programs to support key developer moments, App Store moments and customer lifecycle initiatives to motivate customers to discover new apps and in-app events through App Store channels and Partner channels. In collaboration with business and analytics teams you'll define key performance indicators, analyze opportunities, test different programs and partnerships and measure results. You'll use data to modify and develop the programs to drive greater efficiency, scale and effectiveness and craft executive reports to demonstrate the ongoing impact of the programs implemented. This is a new role designed to leverage promotional tools and is an opportunity to shape the program and set a strategy for the program going forward.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including examples of detailed market analysis combined with large scale promotional campaign creation and execution
  • Strong business and strategic acumen with proven history in leading high-profile marketing, program or partner alliances
  • Experience developing growth programs from inception to a global scale
  • Proven track record in driving outstanding marketing communications campaigns across digital, traditional media and retail channels
  • Experience structuring mutually beneficial marketing partnerships and presenting premium brands within 3rd party environments
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to communicate Apple's platform message and benefits to partners
  • A modern marketer's DNA, especially a customer-first and data-informed approach
  • Sophisticated understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
  • Experience managing customer lifecycle programs, from acquisition, engagement and winback
  • Experience driving significant impact in matrixed structures using influence, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through cross-functionally within a global organization
  • Experience managing people

Description

The App Store Marketing team is responsible for helping customers discover new apps and games on the App Store. Your position will be key in developing growth programs that align with existing App Store marketing programs and support the business goals of developers. We work in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment with the ability to find opportunities, make informed and measured decisions, and have the vision to build scalable programs and the attention-to-detail to successfully implement.

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree required
