We’re seeking a Partner Development Manager—a highly collaborative, solution provider to recruit, develop and maintain relationships with our partner network in the Industrial Electrical Contracting Industry including:

• Marketing Materials
• Developing partnership profile and retention program
• Sourcing, managing and retaining our partners
• Developing the tools and incentive systems needed by partners in the program
• Educating partners about DEHN business solutions for surge and lightening protection
• Traveling to partner locations to meet with prospective partners, determine their fit with the program, and manage long term.

We require:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing industrial partnership programs
• Engineering degree (BSEE, BSME) or very strong technical experience
• Excellent listening, English communication and presentation skills
• Strong experience in partnership management and a deep understanding of the partnership value proposition.
