We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy leader of our data analytics team to drive strategic analytics and business intelligence solutions for our service managers and leadership teams. You will work closely with business partners to provide meaningful business insights and forecasts. You will manage a team and lead this function globally.
This position can be located either in Sacramento (Elk Grove) or Santa Clara Valley.
Key Qualifications
Partner with business teams to understand and document needs and requirements for business intelligence, process automation, and strategic decision support making. Own and lead the planning, development, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance of reports, dashboards and presentations that empower strategic and near real-time operational decision-making.
Own and drive the creation of self-serve analytics tools and data products to enable insight discovery in near-real-time
Automate and scale existing analysis methods. Institute new approaches on modeling and analysis frameworks
Provide analytic and BI solutions throughout the life cycle of our products and services
Provide analytic tools and business insight for the internal customer journey through via conventional data analytics, propensity modeling, and behavioral analytics
Education & Experience
Ph.D. or Master of Science degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated professional knowledge and experience
