NSA Overview

The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive of classified national security information. Customer Service Advocates play a vital role by acting as a liaison between the Agency and DoD, Intelligence Community, Executive branch, academic, and public-private partnerships.

Description of the Position

Customer Service Advocates responsibilities include:

Engaging in long-term development and/or supporting day-to-day management of external customer-relations.
Anticipating and assessing customer needs, providing information or assistance, and satisfying or managing their expectations.
Providing timely and accurate responses to requests for assistance, information, products, or services within appropriate legal authorities.
Resolving customer concerns, problems, and complaints and providing timely feedback to customers on resolution.
Building collaborative relationships as well as information and knowledge sharing networks, aligned with strategic interest.
