The Programming team tackles the planning and project management of all pitches and live projects delivered by the Brand Experience and Events division.

We are looking for a cross-functional Creative Strategist that will join this rapidly growing division to build and deliver event programs, cultural activations, consumer experiences, partnerships and appointment-to-view content to support Apple Services.

This role is great for someone who is resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with a positive attitude.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in a Creative Strategy role, working on Entertainment based campaigns and projects. Creative agency background experience preferred.
  • Shown experience developing strategy and planning campaigns focusing on live experiences and events. Expert in how live experiences translate into highly engaging content, and where it sits within the broader marketing mix.
  • Highly skilled at writing pitch presentations and decks, building a clear and compelling narrative that helps to set up and frame creative work
  • Knowledgable and passionate about music, TV, gaming, books and broader culture and entertainment; with deep understanding of trends and insights, with the ability to apply them onto each given project
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects
  • Respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed organization and ensure that work is delivered to a high standard and adheres to clearly defined business and marketing objectives at all times.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, while still balancing fast timelines
  • Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages and Numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Description

Creative strategist working on multiple brand experience projects to support key Apple Services.

Demonstrate knowledge and passion for music, TV and culture, and will take the lead on bringing cultural relevance, insight and expertise to each of the projects handled.

Identify and understand different Industry and Consumer audiences and use this insight to help the Brand Experience Programming team plan highly effective projects and campaigns.

Receive, write and interrogate briefs, working with the Senior Project Leads. Ensure all briefs are built on solid strategic foundations in response to business and marketing objectives before any creative work begins.

Design, research, plan and run cross functional strategic brainstorms and will play a central role in briefing other internal departments and all subsequent creative development and planning.

Present strategy in internal creative reviews and to other clients and partners at various levels of seniority across the business.

Collaborative and able to work as part of a wider Brand Experience team that also includes Experiential Designers, Producers and Project Managers.

When necessary, work with cross functional teams to integrate the Apple Services ecosystem into event programming plans and campaigns.

This role reports into the Senior Planning and Operations Manager.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
