Key Qualifications

  • Tier 1 Creative Media Advisor experience is required
  • Pro Apps Tier 1 experience or successful completion of Add-a-Skill training for Professional Applications within the past 12 months is required
  • Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
  • Advanced familiarity with digital photography and common video formats including codecs
  • Understanding of digital music, software sequencers, and formats
  • Working knowledge of word processing and page layout applications
  • Experience with macOS, iOS, and iCloud
  • Advanced judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding time and task management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different communication styles
  • Driven to innovate and solve problems creatively

Description

This role provides frontline support to Apple's internal and external customers by identifying and reviewing trends, owning customers cases and ensuring customer satisfaction. Advisors support Apple-developed consumer and professional applications. They consistently partner with Technical Support Advisors on cases. This team assists customers with issues and creating their repair plans. Advisors are responsible for reporting and identifying issues and problems through appropriate channels.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
