Marcom is Apple's Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple's advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. As a Creative Coordinator at Marcom, you are and advisor and partner to the Group Creative Director (a Sr. leader in our marketing and communications team). You hold a central and leadership role within the creative and brand team. You provide air traffic control for the totality of your Creative Leader's/GCD's role. You drive prioritization of their schedules, seamlessly managing both their creative work and managerial responsibilities. Your deep knowledge and understanding of this work ensures all milestones are met as the work moves through the various stages of concepting, approvals and production.

  • You have a deep understanding of the creative review process and how to best lead new thinking around how creative work is reviewed and handled.
  • You have the ability to coordinate information quickly and at a high level to investigate and address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward.

Lead the agendas of your Creative Leaders' studio hours. This includes sending out calls for agenda items, collating requests, handling the timing and prioritization of the work that is then seen by your Creative.

Lead a quarterly 360 degree communications plan that will map out and track all projects and scheduling requests for your creative leaders.

You will be a strategic partner to the Brand Project Manager. Together you will work to build and plan the timing, and appropriate cadence, of creative reviews that work best for your Creative teams preferred style.

Build and be responsible for a master Fiscal Year roadmap for Creative leader by quarter

Communicate and drive creatives schedules with team from project approval, through strategic development, creative development and production to completion.

Act as an internal communications specialist. Own the set up, facilitation and chairing of weekly staff meetings, owning agendas and tracking action items.

Use judgment to make the right prioritization decisions on behalf of your Creative leader. Ability to track and have a deep understanding of the context of each review, meeting and request. Researches issues and has a point of view prior to advising your creative lead.

Education & Experience

BS/BA preferred
