The Core ML team in the AI / ML group at Apple is looking for an exceptional software engi neer to create high performance state-of-the-art machine learning software libraries. In this highly collaborative role, you will be at the center of multiple efforts to accelerate on-device machine learning. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with hardware teams in influ encing future direction of hardware accelerators. We are looking for someone with proven m astery of software development with familiarity with machine learning. You should have a st rong mix of education and practical experience with a real passion for diving in to challengin g problems head first
Key Qualifications
Work includes: Building and maintaining high performance machine learning frameworks th at ship on all device classes. Ensuring high quality and agility with unit, integration and perf ormance tests. You should possess strong skills in software design and programming and be p assionate about developing new features, maintaining existing code, fixing bugs, and contribu ting to Apple's ML development tools strategy. Some familiarity with Low level software and computer architecture is expected
Education & Experience
BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science with 4+ years experience
