An Overlooked Benefit

According to a Payment Sense survey, 38 percent of employees would leave their current positions for jobs that came with better perks.

However, perks can be expensive for employers to offer. Ideally, perks should benefit both the employer and the employee. While there are a number of attractive benefits offered by employers such as gym memberships or meal plans, an often overlooked benefit that satisfies both the employer and the employee is music.

Offering a place for employees to play music is inexpensive, improves productivity and well-being and it builds community.
