You'll help provide legal support for all our products and businesses across the globe. Together with your team, you'll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses.

We are looking for a Content Policy & Ratings Manager for our Content Policy and Ratings team, which supports Apple's original video content efforts worldwide.

Key Qualifications

  • 5 or more years experience reviewing content (Scripted, Non-Scripted, & Children's) in a Standards & Practices or similar creative content advisory role
  • Fluency with parental ratings systems and controls, the Television Parental Guidelines and MPA Rating systems, and COPPA
  • Familiarity with global localization processes and regulatory compliance, international ratings board requirements, and cultural, ethnic, religious, and geographic/regional sensitivities
  • Extensive knowledge of new-media production across different types of programming
  • Established, positive relationships within the entertainment industry
  • Experience with new media distribution and interest in emerging technologies
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal & organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time

Description

The Original Content Legal team is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, and distribution of video content. We are looking for someone like you to review content for compliance with Apple's global content policies; liaise with the creative, production, engineering, design, operations, and legal teams to resolve content-related issues; and contribute to the development of company content policies and processes in alignment with Apple's worldwide strategic goals and priorities. The successful candidate will be a diligent and dedicated advisor who can give concise, practical advice under tight deadlines.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and excellent academic credentials
