Job Summary:
The selected intern will be integrated within the Ethics and Business Conduct organization. The successful candidate will work closely with other business leaders to promote employee adherence to Raytheons Values, Code of Conduct, policies and applicable laws and regulations through ethics and compliance awareness education and training. The Summer Intern will be comfortable working in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to help deliver practical and compliant business solutions to ethics and compliance issues.
The focus will be on top level understanding of RMD Products, Customers, tools and processes with on-the-job training in areas ranging from:
  • Ethics & Business Conduct
  • Business processes
  • Investigations
  • Global Trade
This position can be a junior, senior or post-grad intern based on the candidate's qualifications and standing as outlined below:
  • Junior Administrative Intern- must have completed 60 credit hours of college by start of internship
  • Senior Administrative Intern- must have completed 90 credit hours of college by start of internship
  • Post-Graduate Administrative Intern- must have an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a graduate degree program (in degree fields listed in Qualifications You Must Have) by start of internship

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Must be at least a junior by the start of summer 2022 pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the following disciplines: Law, Contract Administration, International Business, Business Law, Business Management or closely related.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Excellent analytical ability and legal drafting skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a large number of diverse internal groups, teams and divisions.
  • A demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
Location Information:
This position will be 100% telecommute.

Clearance Information:
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
