We are looking for a Communications Specialist to build impactful executive communications and content for internal presentations as well as presentations to Carrier and Consumer partner teams and executives. The purpose of this role is to work with our Executive team to develop a narrative and visuals for critical presentations. This will require building outlines, scheduling milestones for reviews and revisions, gathering the necessary images and data, building Keynotes, iterating on revisions with executives and stakeholders, and coordinating rehearsals and delivery.

The Communications Specialist should be, at different times, a writer, project manager, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communications expert! The ideal candidate will be collaborative, hardworking, high energy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to distill messages. Passion for Apple and a deep understanding of the Apple voice and the ability to express it through written and verbal communications is essential

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience communicating on behalf of marketing or sales organizations
  • Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills-writing, editorial, presentation, and graphic design
  • Ability to articulate complex data and concepts in a simple and compelling manner
  • Strong Apple product knowledge and sensibility for what makes Apple "Apple"
  • Collaborative, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Experience in a high volume, dynamic environment
  • Executive communication and influencing skills
  • Efficiency driving simultaneous projects against urgent deadlines
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Keynote, Pages, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML


Build the narrative and develop content for executive presentations-from the overall look and feel of the presentation to the supporting images, data and content
Develop partnerships and resources across various internal teams in order to source the content needed to build compelling stories.
Anticipate the purpose of presentations in order to work proactively with executives on their narratives
Develop and manage timelines for development, reviews, rehearsals and delivery
Manage the content and execution of quarterly All Hands meetings and additional ad hoc meetings and calls

Education & Experience

You have a BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
