Are you looking for a new challenge in your career? Please join our team! As a Cloud Software Architect within the Design Creation and Debug group, you will be at the forefront of scaling Intels System-on-Chip integration tool, Platform Designer, and FPGA Debug Environment Tools such as SignalTap and System Console to both internal and external compute platforms.  Within this team you will work with other senior members to determine the architecture required to deploy and scale these tools and build it. 

The goal of the Design Creation and Debug group is to make implementing powerful embedded hardware systems a straightforward and enjoyable task from design creation through debugging and performance optimization. The team is responsible for the full stack of these tools, GUI, model, and OS specific device drivers.  We have the fortune of interacting in the highly dynamic space in between programmable hardware and embedded software; designing tools and infrastructure to empower design engineers in both realms.

As a Cloud Software Architect in this position, you will need excellent Java and C++ programming skills with specific experience and interest in backend cloud scaling.  

Our work is varied and ranges from user experience, software architecture, modeling, cross-language interaction, drivers and even RTOS enablement with plenty of opportunity to play anywhere in-between. We've assembled an energetic team of quality people and are looking for a couple more experienced programmers to help with the effort.

As a Cloud Software Architect, youll have a direct influence on our customers and the adoption of our products, with tasks including the following:

  • Work closely with developers across software and embedded engineering to ensure we develop design flows that meet our customers' needs

  • Develop and present prototype implementations to key customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Research, define, and validate key customer use cases and design flows


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education

BS degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant industry experience

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years of experience developing software applications for cloud or desktop deployment

2 +years of experience with Kubernetes using both K8s and K3s deployment and development

Preferred Requirements:

2 years of experience with Tcl, Perl, and/or Python scripting

6 years of experience with multithreaded software applications in C++, Java or equivalent

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$171,431.00-$257,267.00
