Job Description

Responsibilities of the role include although not limited to:

  • Oversee definition, circuit design verification, and documentation for SoC System on a Chip development
  • Architecture, logic design and system simulation of blocks
  • Define module interfaces and formats for circuit simulation
  • Perform logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units, and subsystems into SoC
  • Register transfer level coding and simulation for SoCs
  • Contribute to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits
  • Perform all aspects of the SoC design flow from high level design to synthesis place and route timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing
  • Review vendor capability to support development
  • Work as technical lead who will also mentor junior engineers


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Masters degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field and 2+ years of experience in:

  • Digital VLSI Custom Circuit designs, especial memory design of SRAMs/Register Files.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the design of low-power high-performance microprocessors especially in memory designs. This includes tradeoffs for power performance and area for high performance low power CMOS designs, using circuit simulations for timing, noise and power
  • Layout experience and working closely with backend integration are also a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$130,020.00-$195,420.00
