Job Description

As a Chiplet Ecosystem Product Manager (Ecosystem & Chiplet Development Lead) in the advanced heterogeneous integrated packaging organization within the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG), you will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, and negotiations with third-party chiplet providers that will fulfill requirements. This role will have extensive interaction with third-party partners, Intel engineering teams, Operations, Sales, BU and Finance.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Interface with government SME's on technical requirements and translate to Intel's engineering teams

  • Write proposals for new requirements that are not currently in the designated contract

  • Negotiations with third-party providers of semiconductor, software/EDA vendors

  • Establish and document process to incorporate third-party chiplets/IP into Intel's product flow

  • Develop relationships and product strategies with Software and EDA vendors to enhance the design flow for advanced multi-chip products (MCP)

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of working experience, experience should include 2 or more of the following experiences:

  • System level architecture and/or board level design

  • EDA and Silicon design flow experience

  • Technical program management experience

  • FPGA technical product experience

  • 2.5D/3D multi-die integration experience

  • Third-party hardware/software/IP licensing and contract negotiations

Preferred Qualifications

  • System Level Architecture in Military and/or Wireless related design

  • Board Level Design with FPGAs, GPUs, other programmable logic

  • Product and Advanced Packaging Design

  • Experience with EMIF, transceivers, IO interfaces, and signal processing

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$127,330.00-$216,740.00
