Our People team helps to inspire change optimization through process, data and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record successfully leading change management for large global programs, including proven experience performing audience analysis, change impact assessments, partner engagement, communication and training. We require an agile approach to assess system, process and people change impacts and the ability to deliver change programs in a very multifaceted and fast-paced environment. Flexibility and resourcefulness are key attributes needed for success. We seek candidates willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
Key Qualifications
The Senior Change Leader is responsible to encourage, mobilize and lead a team passionate about common deliverables, goals and timelines. In this role you will partner across Apple Leadership including Legal, Business Assurance, Software Engineering, Apple Media Properties, iCloud, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Retail AppleCare and the People organization.
You have the following strengths:

- Flexibility: You handle directional changes and have the ability to concurrently manage and lead multiple large-scale programs
- Time Management and Technical Learning: You will be responsible for leading a team working cross-functionally across Apple and to manage time sensitive technical milestones
- Developing Others: You will provide career development and mentorship to maximize team potential
- Communication skills: You will ably communicate project roadmap, priorities and key status updates to project partners and business teams. Able to accommodate various time zones to support international business partners and project teams. Domestic and international travel may be required
- Partner with project team members and cross functional partners to promote stakeholder engagement and adoption of processes and solutions
- Establish project specific change management goals, success criteria and metrics - Rapidly understand new system functionality and/or 'As Is' and 'To Be' process maps and deliver robust audience and change impact analyses
- Implement change networks to create project awareness and promote business expertise and ownership
- Plan, develop, deliver presentations during key business events
- Partner with Apple teams and vendors to develop training content and job aids - Partner with localization team to deliver global content
- Engage in continuous improvement techniques to incorporate takeaways into the project and process methodology
- Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree is required; PMI/PMP certifications is a plus.
