The People Change Management team leads change initiatives for the People Solutions Program (PSP). We evaluate the impact of new technology on the employee experience, roles, data and processes to ensure an excellent employee change journey in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

As a leader within the Change Management Operations and Analytics team, the Content Production Manager is responsible for developing the optimal content delivery strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees throughout their change journey. As the leader of Content Production, your focus will be to continuously improve the quality and relevance of content delivery.

Working closely with our partners and Change Leads, you will be responsible for an effective content strategy in two areas: The People website and in the Grove, our Learning Management System. You will manage operations and processes and lead content producers responsible for maintaining employee-facing content on our CMS and in the Grove LMS. (Including, publishing and maintenance for the People Solution Program launches, improvements and change management efforts).

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with online education and learning services organizations, where training is the principal offering
  • 7+ years of experience with online content management for web and Learning platforms
  • A commitment to content integrity and web and learning system conventions and standards
  • Proven experience in providing seamless integration across website and LMS systems
  • 7+ years of experience in technology, operations, content management and learning organizations
  • Experience in leading production resources working across multiple online platforms
  • Solid understanding of Internet & software technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in website information architecture and page layout planning
  • Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes
  • Ability to build web pages within our CMS based on PSD or Sketch files provided by our design team, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standard methodologies
  • Knowledge of SCORM standards
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and meet resource constraints
  • Effective manager of cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Able to identify localization requirements and gaps

Description
- Lead online content management for web and learning platforms
- Develop a seamless content and learning experience across CMS and LMS platforms
- Champion cross-functional partnership and integrated solutions
- Develop effective strategies and advise on the optimal content approach and process
- Define learning technology requirements and success criteria
- Build solid relationships with key business partners, such as Apple University, the People website team and Accessibility
- Champion accessibility standards in all online deliverables
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders and partners
- Convey technical information in a concise way to a non-technical audience
- Prioritize, lead and execute on initiatives across multiple work streams
- Collaborate with various platform owners to identify and plan improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and attention to the user experience

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
