The Interactive Media Group (IMG) provides the media and graphics foundation across all of Apple's innovative products, including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod, and Mac OS. Combining ground breaking software techniques with next-generation hardware, IMG takes the media experience to the next level.

The Connected Media team is looking for a software engineer with strong technical and programming skills to help build the future foundations of CarPlay technology. We are looking for candidates with a background in the core technology areas that make CarPlay possible, including audio and video streaming, wireless networking, and related network protocols.

Education & Experience

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• You have experience with two out of the following
• multithreaded programming
• network technologies and protocols (including WiFi, TCP, UDP, HTTP, RTP)
• audio and/or video streaming
