The Growth Marketing team within Apple Media Products (AMP) is responsible for driving consumer communications across all points in the customer lifecycle. The Growth Marketing Producer will be an essential link between the AMP Creative Communications department, the Services Marketing departments, and Growth Marketing. In addition to liaising with many diverse groups, including Finance, Legal, Product Marketing, Partner Communications, EPM, Design, Marcom, and Retail, we also maintain positive relationships with partners around the world at the international offices of Apple.

We are looking for a highly skilled and tenured Producer with a consistent track record of leading the creative development process to execute world class campaigns for AMP Services for Growth Marketing. In this role, the Producer will develop influential and concise briefs, lead internal creative reviews and evaluate and approve creative assets. The Producer will lead creative projects cross-functionally with internal teams and will be responsible for managing timelines, project prioritization, and budget. This role will be responsible for owning the creative development and production process of multiple AMP marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and internal communication for all Growth Marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of global brand marketing experience, ideally advertising specific and with an emphasis on production and integrated communications.
  • Thorough understanding of integrating design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify campaign objectives, define Growth goals and strategy, execution, and delivery processes.
  • Stellar executive written and verbal communication skills. Able to present ideas simply in presentations and documents across a range of partner perspectives.
  • Successful experience in supporting multiple concurrent projects, across the various products.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and articulate ideas into easy to consume presentations and briefs
  • Deeply detail oriented and organized. Obsessive about managing process and details to drive scale and results.
  • A phenomenal problem solver with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to learn and react quickly to new information.
  • Shown ability to meet deadlines and get results while balancing many projects and priorities.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Description

Help guide the development of campaign briefs with Creative Comms, Growth, and other strategy teams.

Partner with their creatives in the development of outstanding creative concepts, and ensure quality and accuracy from a legal, media, and strategy perspective. In addition, you'll work closely with international offices on localization strategies.

Communicate with relevant groups (for example, Marcom, Services Marketing, PR, Partner Communications, etc) throughout Apple to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our campaigns, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work.

This position works closely with many other teams and will be an advocate for consumer and Growth.

Responsibilities include:
- Run meetings and creative reviews. Bring together key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.
- Track and report campaigns on a weekly basis, including communicating status and impending or projected deliverables.
- Negotiate priorities for the Growth team given limited resources and an ambitious schedule.
- Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.
- Management of creative comms relationships including budget/PO management.
- Manage project tracker, actively collate and share creative updates with key partners.

Education & Experience

B.A/B.S in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
