The Channel Service Support API team is a highly visible team whose goal is to ensure systems connectivity for our service partners that utilize Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX) platform interface. Our service channel uses GSX to craft repairs for our customers and the Application Platform Interface (API) allows them to connect their internal systems directly with GSX in order to service our customers and streamline their internal processes. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support our daily operations and initiatives. This role is an opportunity for you to utilize your technical insight and analytical skills to deliver solutions to our internal and external partners.

You will play a key role in ensuring interface connectivity issues are resolved in a timely manner by troubleshooting and deciphering connectivity errors encountered by our service partners. You will also support initiatives inspired by our internal partners and cross-functional teams that include improvements and updates to the platform interface in order to improve functionality and performance for our service partners

Key Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Global Service Exchange (GSX)
  • Experience with SOAP UI and REST UI
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Action oriented & comfortable learning on the fly
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously under minimal supervision
  • Excellent social skills, priority setting, & time management
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Extraordinary business communication including the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization

Description

You will support critical issues received from our internal and external partners regarding Apple's Application Platform Interface (API). Having general knowledge of Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX) user interface and familiarity with API terminology and functionality is a plus. As a point of contact between cross functional teams and service partners for initial set-up, you will support on-boarding and validating partner information to ensure eligibility compliance. This will require a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively through the on-boarding process.

You will also support connectivity issues by investigating error-returns received by our service partners to analyze and deliver effective and timely resolutions. This will involve engaging cross functional teams in order to facilitate the resolution and ensure emerging issues are addressed in a timely manner

Bachelors Degree required
