Core responsibilities are to manage and track the execution of partner facing campaign plans and all deliverables across diverse and multi-faceted original content and live projects on Apple Music. This role will work closely with the larger Apple Music organization, and be the point of contact across the cross-functional and production teams for preparing project execution for external partners, and keeping projects on deadline.

This position works within the Music Business Partnership team, which leads communication with external label and business partners on artist releases, and planning with internal Apple Music stakeholders. The role will compile approved campaign messaging, timing, schedules, and marketing deliverables needed to execute strategic plans across the business organization and with our external partners. Additionally, the role is responsible for all outward facing campaign materials, presentations, and internal recap preparation across the music business team.

  • You are well-versed in pop culture, music, and passionate about the entertainment business.

Description

You are the key point of contact between Operations, Production, Marketing, and the Business Partnerships teams to execute global campaigns for original content initiatives and enable smooth cross-functional workflow and communication between departments.
Responsible for managing the full range of short form original content deliverables including asset management, tracking schedules, and routing for creative and business approvals.
Work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders to determine launch plans and making sure terms and deadlines are met. You will brief in the right teams acting as the cross-functional point of contact.
Develop multi-faceted partner plans for Apple Music content projects that drive acquisition, social engagement and visibility for Apple Music.
Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to create roll out plans for artist campaigns lead by short films and/or live shows.
Work in tandem with the Apple Music editorial team to ensure we're telling the right stories at the right times, with our content, across our external artist and label partners.
Liaise with Design and Production to ensure seamless workflow for Apple Music's ongoing content projects.
Manage daily timelines, weekly trackers, and distribution of hundreds of deliverables across original content initiatives.
A clear and concise communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills. Comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
Create scalable and bespoke artist plan presentations and external facing decks.
Craft monthly executive reports to demonstrate the ongoing impact of the business partnerships.

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Business Administration or similar, Plus 6 to 12 years related industry experience.
