The Program Management Excellence (PMX) Strategic Initiatives team has an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations and Process Harmonization (BOPH) Manager to provide leadership and support to the PMX leadership team on business operations, process harmonization, and communications.
The successful candidate will prepare presentations; ensure completeness and accuracy of business operations reviews; lead Rshare and website maintenance; coordinate PMX communications to the PM Community; lead and grow the communications council; and execute special projects. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and collaboration with cross business strategy and execution to develop and deploy one RTX PMX solution for RMD and RIS communications to the maximum extent possible. This requires data exploration & analysis, consensus building, and strong communication skills, across functions and businesses.
We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, motivated and knowledgeable about our financial, and functional tools and processes and hands on experience with the PMX Tool Suite. The candidate should have experience supporting a Program Management Office or equivalent.
This position will report to the Strategic Initiatives Director - Program Management Excellence for Raytheon Missile & Defense.
The PMX organization provides Program Management best practices, tools, resources, and mentoring to all Raytheon mission areas. This organization collaboratively works with programs and multiple functional areas to bring our customers the best in class leadership. This organization also provides and mentors the best talent to grow the business and prime the talent pipeline for future Program Managers.
This position will be partly remote but must be within distance to either Tewksbury (MA) or Tucson (AZ) as needed.
