Come be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple. Apple's Internet Software & Services team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for media and entertainment to help massively grow its services business, including Apple Music, TV+, Fitness+, etc!

You will be supporting the IS&S team's global growth efforts with a focus on developing new partnership opportunities, establishing deal frameworks and terms for particular services, and helping to drive key priorities!

The role requires a highly motivated and experienced team player with great attention to detail who is able to work with multiple internal teams to meet hard deadlines. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to manage internal stakeholders in the interest of driving 3rd party distribution and marketing partnerships for Apple's media and entertainment services.

Key Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant industry work experience in managing or building relationships for media or entertainment services with/at Wireless and/or Cable/broadband providers, consumer electronic manufacturers, technology platforms, and other 3rd party media entertainment companies.
  • Direct experience within the media & entertainment industry a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of the VAS and OTT landscape.
  • Research, size, and prioritize recommendations of new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation with both 3rd parties and cross-functionally within a large business structure.
  • Passion, energy and drive to develop and grow multi-million dollar business programs globally.
  • Exceptional business development and partnership management track record.
  • Strong command of business and financial modeling.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.

Description

Manage research projects to identify the priority partnership opportunities.
Help to build business models and programs to achieve business goals.
Work with business management teams to negotiate terms with rights-holders that enable the partnerships.
Focal point of communication between leaders of lines of business, various internal leaders of different channels to ensure priorities are being met.
Establish prioritization with internal stakeholders to manage the "game board" of channel partners and services opportunities.
Set aggressive goals, yet realistic expectations.
Work with all stakeholders to create and communicate forecasts (and re-forecasts).
Make sure the proper internal stakeholders are participating in each program.
Work with partner management throughout the lifecycle of every deal, and communicate changes and risks.
Actively seek internal client feedback on a regular basis about performance of the group.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
