The Marketing Operations team is responsible for managing a variety of part master data elements, including hierarchy and attribute characteristics for all Apple finished goods products. We are looking for a customer focused and detail oriented great teammate to join our Cupertino based organization to provide business system oversight for the application that manages this information. This role will be responsible for handling highly confidential data and working closely with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Product Marketing, and Finance, to support strategic product related activities involving part numbers, hierarchy and attribute. The Business System Analyst role is highly operational, system driven, and adept in project management and problem solving

The role of the Marketing Business Systems Analyst is to perform a wide array of support functions to the business users of the part master management system. The analyst will serve as an intermediary between the business teams utilizing the application and the IS&T teams providing development and support activities for the system. The analyst will be required to understand data flows and system interfaces across multiple systems in order to successfully handle or troubleshoot issues related to hierarchy and attribute data and provide support to business partners. Additionally, the analyst will drive system, process, and other strategic business initiatives


Prior experience working in large enterprise systems, ideally SAP

Prior experience managing or maintaining master data elements

4-6 years of prior business experience

Excellent skills in Excel

Education & Experience

BS or BA in Business related field
