We're looking for an experienced AV Creative Production Manager to oversee creative production and project management across the Apple TV+ programming slate. This role runs the end-to-end process, from creative campaign development and budgeting to production of promotional assets supporting our marketing, creative and cross-functional teams.

The AV Creative Production Manager is a nimble, entrepreneurial marketing production and project management professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing priorities among various cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is experienced in working on entertainment focused campaigns (EPK & Promo Shoots, Social, Digital, Broadcast, etc.) and is passionate about entertainment.

As part of the team, this role works closely with Creative Directors and out of house agencies to handle marketing campaign needs and timelines. This will serve as the go-to partner facilitating alignment between all internal and external partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account/project management and creative production experience; preferably at an entertainment brand, advertising or media agency with an emphasis on digital media
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaign workflows, deeply understanding the creative and production process for video and digital materials
  • Experience in production budgeting and advanced skills in Numbers or Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in video and digital types and formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management, servicing and ad trafficking
  • Consistent track record and high proficiency of project management high profile global campaigns
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
  • International experience a plus
  • Hardworking and curious about all aspects of entertainment and pop culture
  • Natural born communicator, connecting the dots where others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate excellent judgment in the face of ambiguity

Description

Lead and manage communications and workflows between Creative Advertising and cross functional teams to develop marketing campaign timelines with clear asset requests, outline budgets, build contingency plans, forecast special needs/requirements for specific requests and plan out deadlines.

Lead project milestones for marketing, social, and creative staff to ensure all campaigns are completed on time, within budget and to spec.

Partner with Finishing team to schedule creative resources and organize priorities per project.

Handle day to day project tracking, escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.

Manage agency relationships including budget tracking, invoicing, problem solving, project management and onboarding.

Manage campaign finances which includes tracking of PO's, invoices and maintaining clear visibility into expenses.

Raise major campaign issues/questions to senior staff.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
