The AppleCare Business Development team is looking for an Instructional Designer to create sales training and other sales development assets that shape how we transform our sales partners into skilled advocates who represent the AppleCare brand and product portfolio to customers.
You'll create rich, engaging content that reaches millions of salespeople around the globe-from consumer retail to carrier. And you'll get to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with passionate colleagues where your creativity and problem solving skills can shine.
Key Qualifications
Instructional Designer: Design, write and develop exceptional learning assets to support a variety of delivery types, including instructor-led, self-paced virtual, job aids, and mobile. Develop new learning experiences that engage and excite our sales partners.
You'll gain expertise on AppleCare products, audiences, and sales strategies, and continuously apply that knowledge in your training solutions and across the organization.
You'll apply Apple standards to produce training deliverables in the conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand.
Asset Management: Manage submission, review and ongoing management of materials to ensure that all content is current and continues to meet Apple's standards.
Program Communications: Creation of templates and delivery of communications material for multiple sales teams and channel partners.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree required
