As the Marketing Coordinator for Apple TV+, you'll join a growing team and provide support for the Head of Marketing at Apple TV+. We're seeking a collaborative team member who's well-organized, able to multi-task & prioritize, is a self-starter, and is looking to develop a career in Entertainment marketing.

This role is for someone to apply critical thinking, able to understand the business and see the "big picture", and excel in diplomatically working with complex & various personalities. Ideally, you are a phenomenal teammate who stays poised and makes the department's success a priority.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Entertainment at a major network, studio, or talent agency.
  • Experience in supporting executive level team (daily schedules, travel, task management, facilities, teleconferencing, purchasing and day to day operations of the team)
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with high-level talent
  • Ability to interact with senior company members.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven attention to detail
  • Inventive self-starter; eager to learn, grow, and chip in to the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in an effective manner
  • Passionate about entertainment, digital, social media trends and pop culture.
  • Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Box, and Quip along with additional knowledge of Excel

Description

Develop and coordinate marketing decks for executive review.

Handle cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling.

Coordinate meetings via live video conference, in-person and conference call.

Develop a deep understanding of our team's operation, culture, policies and procedures.

Maintain marketing assets across Strategy, A/V, Brand, Design, Photo and Creative Content for the head of the department.

Develop and maintain cross-functional marketing materials including content grids, decks, and show assignments.

Help facilitate steady communication and operations across Strategy, AV, Brand and Design, and Photo and Creative Content Teams.

Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.

Build and communicate meeting agendas, next steps, and action items.

Administrative duties including but not limited to completing expense reports, ordering equipment and onboarding new team members, managing tech support.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred.
