Our Apple Professional Services organization provides a strategic differentiation in Apple's direct sales to K-12 and Higher Education institutions across the US. This team works to ensure the successful delivery and deployment of Apple solutions, both through direct engagement and through management and training of our third-party partners.

As an Apple Professional Services Delivery Manager, you will be focused on delivering exceptional consulting services for Apple's largest corporate customers. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of services consultants who deliver project-based professional services to help customers deploy and manage iOS and macOS devices and supporting technologies.

This is a home-based position and can be located in any city within the United States.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a team of services professionals such as consultants, project engineers, solution architects, or program managers for large, multi-site customer deployments
  • Broad knowledge of Apple products including iOS, macOS, macOS Server, services-related processes, and all supporting technologies
  • Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Apple School Manager, School Information Systems (SIS), Classroom, and Schoolwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively and accurately across a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and consensus building skills including the ability to partner with sales leaders to ensure alignment, carry consistent messaging to customers, and drive services demand
  • Ability to anticipate business risks, cost drivers, and issues and proactively utilize team members to drive resolution through offerings, training, process, and documentation
  • Background in project management with focus on driving tasks, milestones, projects and initiatives to completion

Description

As a leader on our Apple Professional Services team, you will be part of a larger delivery organization that is specifically responsible for the implementation architecture, installation, configuration, and integration of Apple products to transform the way people work. You will lead a team of Project Managers that work side-by-side with sales teams in a coaching and mentoring capacity to support Mac and iPad deployments.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of a large number of projects with a wide range of customer profiles
- Provide management and leadership to a team of individuals who drive execution on program goals
- Advise K-12 and Higher Education customers on Apple solutions and best practices
- Build sales messaging strategies to highlight the importance of professional services to the growth of platform adoption and customer experience
- Develop and implement services offerings and plans that align with the sales and business strategy
- Measure performance of consultations and engagements including customer experience, billable hours, and performance against budget
- Deliver frequent executive updates to key leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Adapt to rapidly changing requirements and various audiences within technical and non-technical teams
- Support the growth and development of direct reports and enable your team to do their life's best work

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
