Apple Media Products Program Managers partner with engineers who build secure, end-to-end solutions. Thanks to Apple's unique integration of hardware, software, and services, engineers and Program Managers partner to get behind a single unified vision. Although services are a bigger part of Apple's business than ever before, these teams remain small, nimble, and cross-functional, offering greater exposure to the array of opportunities here.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in program management, instructional design and training facilitation
• Successfully manage multiple, multi-modal courses, including session and facilitator scheduling, pre-work and follow-up attendee communication, and course content maintenance
• Cultivate relationships, work collaboratively, and effectively engage with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve program goals
• Exceptional at distilling complex information into relevant information for the audience
• Exhibit a deep, curious mindset about new methodologies for communicating training concepts
• Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Identify organizational needs, and develop tailored programs accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt style based on the audience
• Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status

Seated within the AMP Engineering team, the AMP University team develops and delivers exceptional learning experiences for all AMP Engineering employees. As the AMP University program manager dedicated to the AMP Commerce Engineering team, you will manage the Commerce Engineering onboarding and ongoing training program. You will actively participate in the facilitation and delivery of existing courses, manage the course administration for each, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop supplemental courses as needs arise. This is a role for a highly organized, enthusiastic program manager who has a passion for facilitation and can step between those roles seamlessly.

Education & Experience

A BS Computer Engineering/Computer Science is required. MS preferred.
