We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong social skills to support the Worldwide Sales Organization. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data set in order to drive insights.

The position will work cross-functionally with sales, finance and technical teams to help develop new tools, processes and analysis for senior sales/finance executives

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years financial analyst or consulting experience
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative style
  • Flexible attitude and an ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a wider view
  • Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Resilient and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved
  • Technical understanding with ability to articulate complex technical issues in easy to understand business terms
  • Shown ability to drive projects from inception to deployment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms
  • Plus: Experience handling and querying large datasets using SQL or other languages
  • Plus: Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau

Analyzing and modeling data to unlock key insights, drive sales and to improve internal processes
Creating unique views of data to surface key insights to senior management
Communicating results of complex analyses and projects effectively to senior management
Partnering with senior sales and sales finance leaders to understand their analytical needs
Working with supply chain operations, marketing, partner operations and other cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives
Champion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches
High level of proficiency with Excel
Experience with SQL, Python, Business Objects, Tableau are a plus

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree of a quantitative nature (Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
