We are looking for an inspiring leader who will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing data across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS to understand insights, trends and the strategic direction for these platforms. In this highly cross functional role, you will work with teams across product marketing, market research, marcom and engineering acting as the central hub for data.

Experience with translating data into impactful insights and linking it to business issues will also be key for this role. You should have a proven track record in analyzing consumer behaviors using advanced analytics and have solid writing and presentation skills. Key success factors in this role are the ability to marshal data, analysis and ideas efficiently into compelling results that help product leaders answer critical questions.

This role is a unique blend of strong data and analytics with product skills. The ability to analyze a large and diverse set of data while teasing out the significant insights will be critical in this role. Come and do the best and most exciting work of your career at Apple!

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years relevant experience, ideally in data analytics
  • Product management and/or product marketing experience desired
  • Structured problem solver with a strong analytics background.
  • Ability to influence and ultimately implement strategy and process to drive growth, efficiency and productivity.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong social skills, experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships and utilizing data.
  • Natural self starter, with an aim to focus and execute with an eye for details.
  • A sense of humor and able to handle ambiguity with grace.

Description

For this role on the Platforms Product Marketing team, we are looking for candidates who can use data to help drive the strategic direction for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS and set goals for key product areas.

We are seeking deep data and analytical skills combined with a natural product sense. Working closely with product leaders, market research and data science teams, as well as cross-functional partners, you will identify and implement best practices for data analysis and report findings to senior leadership across product marketing and engineering.

Create new best practices for important data acquisition. Creativity and willingness to groundbreaking methods are of utmost value. This role will also be responsible for evangelizing these methods to key partners in order to cultivate an environment of data driven decisions.

Drive new research and develop robust processes that enable the product teams to set clear metrics and goals to help them deliver successful products and features.
