The Supply Planner will perform a variety of tasks with a focus on purchased material in support of program and factory build plans. The candidate needs to be energetic, willing to learn, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. The associated tasks listed below are necessary in order to prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would have a significant impact to the factory and/or programs cost and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Support Program, Integrated Planning Lead (IPL), and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans
  • Review, analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in PRISM per MRP or MPM PO placement plans, as applicable
  • Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and proactively working supplied material problems
  • Facilitate cross functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Participates and lead continuous improvement efforts
This position can be an Analyst, Scheduling or Sr. Analyst, Scheduling depending on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 additional years of experience.


Qualifications You Must Have:
Analyst, Scheduling
  • Bachelor's Degree or additional 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or military environment may be substituted for each 1 year of college (8 years without a Bachelor's Degree)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Sr. Analyst, Scheduling
  • Bachelor's Degree or additional 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or military environment may be substituted for each 1 year of college (10 years without a Bachelor's Degree)
  • Two (2) years total combined experience in any of the following: Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Property Management, JIT Concepts, Master Production Scheduling, or Delivery Administration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience with Rapid Response
  • Experience working with MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of an organization, as well as with a large external customer base, to accomplish tasks
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills to ensure detailed status provided to the Program, Operations and Supply Chain teams
  • Ability to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Active DOD Security Clearance
