Do you love problem solving and thinking beyond an obvious solution? Do you thrive in ambiguity and teams where little guidance should fuel your creativity? We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and highly motivated analyst to join the Market Development team. The team is responsible for identifying, implementing and driving revenue programs that attract new customers and drive affinity to Apple including the Apple Trade in Program and iPhone Upgrade program. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in chipping in to the performance and success of Apple Retail from the perspectives of operations and analytics

Key Qualifications

  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Analytic and problem-solving powerhouse with the ability to look at data and highlight trends
  • Ability to think strategically and see the big picture while working with ambiguity
  • A teammate with the ability to work with multi-functional teams across
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated and organized
  • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Very strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience; MBA preferred
  • Ability to learn on the Fly, Strategic Agility, Business Insight, Peer Relationships, Analytical Skills, Drive For Results, Organizing, Planning

Description
- Perform analysis of global program performance to both identify standard methodologies to influence current results and inform future decisions
- Participate in the development of new programs through building business cases, and creating "pitch decks" and presentations
- Partner with the finance and analytics teams to drive program reporting strategies and analytics roadmap
- Own market development reporting and market/competitive analysis for Apple Trade In and iPhone Upgrade Programs
- Assist with various ad hoc projects to support Market Development team including pricing operations and detailed excel analysis to inform our pricing strategy
