We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Channel and Sales Incentives Operations Manager reporting into the Latin America Sales Planning & Operations Director. This position is based in Miami, FL

The Channel and Sales Incentives Operations Manager will be responsible for defining, running and tracking the channel funding programs for the partners in the region and will be also responsible for supporting and running sales. Incentives programs are meant to drive sales reps and partner performance and desired behavior

The position will demand a positive relationship with Sales Leaders, Finance, Legal and Contract Operations team

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in operations, channel programs and/or finance
  • Excellent time & project management skills and relevant experience
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Solid presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) in different languages
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Exposure to senior leaders
  • Excel savvy

Description
- Drive cross-collaboration meetings during annual and quarterly planning seasons to identify and define new channel programs and/or program changes
- Provide mentorship on sales targets and channel program criteria
- Partner with Legal and Business Processes and Reengineering team to set up systems to support the building of channel rebate letters.
- Partner with Contract Operations to have these communicated to partners
- Lead the channel programs process ensuring accurate timely documentation and communications
- Be the liaison with Austin Finance on questions about program details and criteria for payment
- Be the tier 1 to answer customer questions. The route to appropriate functions for further details
- Support the definition and submission of sales targets per individual quarterly in a timely matter
- Provide clarification to sales reps when requested
- Be the region liaison for World Wide Commissions ensuring global compliance
Continuously partner with the team to improve systems to support the program's operations
Provide standard and ad hoc sales reps commissions analytics to all partners and using as a tool for continuous improvement

Education & Experience
- BA/BS Degree
- Proficiency in English. Portuguese and Spanish desired
- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
