Launch and lead Siri's third-party programs allowing developers to build AI/ML and Siri into Apple products, globally!

We're looking for someone to lead technical evangelism, adoption and 3rd party application or service integration of Siri APIs and platform technologies. A successful applicant would have technical depth to understand our technical offerings and rich experience in collaborating with top developers in the world to successfully complete a quality technical adoption. You will also build the overall engagement process for partners from the initial contact to app or service launch, and optimize and scale the process to accommodate thousands of developers.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years in project or program management for core technology adoption products and features
  • Extensive experience in developing a technology adoption program for 3rd party developers
  • Skills and experience working with marketing, developer relations, engineering, QA, and IT departments in forming and optimizing the technical adoption program for efficiency and scale
  • Proven business development skills and experience in evangelizing new technologies and generating interest among developers, and successfully getting them signed and onboarded to the programs
  • Experience in crafting roadmap for partner adoption from initial contact, agreement or contract signing, providing technical documentation/demos/education, onboarding partners to the program to kick off development phase
  • Problem solving skills in untangling the complexities of technology or team dependencies, identifying and focusing on the most critical things, and negotiating with internal and external partners to accomplish the goal of a program
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, especially to senior executives and non-engineering partners
  • Interpersonal communication skills with expertise distilling complicated technical topics to a broader audience
  • Leadership skill to influence, impact and lead with or without authority
  • Great skills in cross-functional, multi-language based collaboration between engineering and non-engineering functions such as marketing, legal, developer relationship, and local regulatory and standards

Description
- Identify top platform level or core technology components that require 3rd party adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, development relationship etc to development the technology adoption strategy across Apple hardware platforms, with new software or service releases, that improve global Siri user experience in all Siri assistant markets and/or locales.
- Lead roadmap development of partner adoption program with identified top developers across the world, marketing/technical/quality/data support plans, engagement/onboarding/development/QA/launch phases, and the ultimate launch schedule.
- Operationalize and optimize existing platform or technical adoption program to minimize resource need to support the adoption, improve the quality and user experience of the coordinated service or apps, and streamline the handoffs between different phases of the adoption process.
- Define the mission, goal, and strategies for each program, and define metrics and success targets to measure the reach and impact of the program.
- Own and drive the overall program management once partners from initial contact to service launch.
- Own broad communications to executives, work level tasks forces, internal sync ups across teams, and with external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR and developer relationships for service launch, and for relevant media and PR efforts.
- Lead launch metrics reporting, track post-launch metrics, and follow through internally and externally to evolve any critical issues with each partner launch of the program.

Education & Experience

BS/MS/PhD CS/CE/EE or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience working on speech and natural language products is a major plus
