We are looking for engineers with a passion for using machine learning to create intelligent applications. Be part of a highly accomplished, deeply technical and close-knit team of machine learning engineers, you will build infrastructures, tools, and develop machine learning applications to empower the the transformation of Apple business by using AI/ML.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to every cool project around Apple, and use your machine learning skills to transfer your ideas into solutions for some of the challenging technical problems in the next generation of products that will delight millions of people!

Key Qualifications

• Driven projects from inception to production, experience with partnering with other technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through influence and mentoring.
• Comfortable working in earlier stages of product development with ambiguous requirements.
• A passion for making simple, robust, and scalable platforms used by other engineering teams.
• Strong software development skills, with proficiency in relevant languages (ex. Go, Python, Java, C++).
• Technical skills and experience in distributed systems and web services (in a production setting).
• Solid knowledge of various ML technologies, especially in the Computer Vision domain.

As a Senior Software engineer you have the following

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The architecture, design, development, and operations of systems designed for running machine learning workloads across all of Apple. These may include, but not limited to data management systems, engineering workflow systems, distributed compute systems, and their web portal & web service components.
- Partner with various teams and machine learning engineers across different Apple organizations to define high impact product features and deliver them with quality.
- We are looking for someone who collaborates effectively on a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment.
