One of Apple's core values is that Privacy is a fundamental human right. The Siri Speech team is looking for exceptional ML Engineer to create ML models for Siri and Dictation, trained in a Private manner utilizing federated training algorithms running efficiently on Apple Hardware. In addition, train personalized ML models on-device, to tailor to the speaking and writing styles. You will help productize modern deep learning techniques running on custom Apple hardware, use deep personalization algorithms that also adhere to Apple's high standards on Privacy, and create cutting edge products that pushes the envelope on Machine Learning and Speech Recognition.
Key Qualifications
We are looking for a talented ML Research Engineer who is excited by the prospect of working on Siri and Dictation used by millions of users. Our Engineers are creative, inspired, innovative, energetic, self motivated people who love making and shipping products. Are you one of us? You will primarily be responsible for productizing technologies that help with Accuracy, Distributed Training, Personalization and to optimize the algorithms to each of Apple's Platforms and Devices. To succeed in this role, you must be a strong collaborator, and a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working across teams and organizations.
Education & Experience
M.S, PhD in Computer Science or related field, or B.S. with equivalent experience
