As an AI/ML Device Management Specialist, you will work closely with all teams across the AI/ML organization to help determine their development needs, as well as lead and distribute thousands of products, parts, tools, and supplies for teams around the world.

You will play an integral part in the product development process in AI/ML, ensuring that our teams are prepared with the information and hardware they need to be successful.

  • Ability to lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must have, or be willing to get, a valid California Driver's license

Description

As a Device Management Specialist responsible for making hardware allocations decisions based on a wide range of constantly changing business needs. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with the coordination of development hardware allocations and distribution. As part of the device management team you will compile and present information about development hardware projects to engineering teams, identify and track key metrics in order to make data driven allocations decisions, securely receive, store and distribute prototype hardware, manage the logistics of shipping prototypes, conduct regular lab audits, and provide support to engineering labs in Cupertino
