Apple's Global Business Solutions organization (GBS) is seeking a motivated, outgoing, service-minded individual who wants to offer Apple customers an unparalleled support experience. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team within the Order-to-Cash department.

As an Accounts Receivable Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage a variety of support requests across multiple Sonar inboxes. These requests range from providing copies of invoices to account maintenance. You will need to leverage multiple systems, including SAP, Sonar, and GMACC, among others, to research and answer customer requests. The A/R Customer Relations Specialist holds a key position supporting Apple's customers and collections teams.

This position is on site in Austin, Texas.

Description

This role is responsible for providing internal and external email-based support within Apple's AMR Order-to-Case department This role requires the ability to identify a request's root cause, leading to a timely and accurate resolution. Additionally, this position will constantly be evaluating the current processes, making recommendations for process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy, and documenting team processes.

Education & Experience

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field strongly preferred.
