Director, Data and Analytics Engineering- AI Solutions Engineering Delivery Lead, PwC US Group LLP, Chicago, IL. Lead advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Develop predictive models, conduct statistical analysis, and create data visualizations to solve complex business problems. Leverage deep technical specialization, strategic vision, comprehensive business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills to deliver impactful Al-driven solutions. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach professional teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Architecting and overseeing the delivery of comprehensive AI solutions, emphasizing full-stack development, including integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestrated applications;
- Directing experiment-driven development, ensuring rapid prototyping, testing, validation, and operational excellence;
- Using common cloud computing platforms including AWS and GCP and their respective utilities for managing and manipulating large data sources, model, development, and deployment;
- Working extensively with Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), Git version control, and rigorous testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end); and
- Utilizing at least one of the following: Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, SQL, vector DBs, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
