Job Details

Mainly responsible for the management of promotional items and providing assistance with the team administrative functions of trade show coordination, to include event work order entry, weekly schedule notes and updates, event inventory control coordination, job folder maintenance and PowerPoint and server administration

Basic Qualifications
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
-Exemplary problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective processes
-Strong communicator - verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-Basic accounting knowledge

Desired skills
-Ability to read trade show construction drawings
-Computer aided design software knowledge
-Availability for occasional travel
-Detail oriented thought process
